Health and safety are strategic topics for the Odebrecht companies, treated in an integrated way as part of the commitment to people established in the Sustainability Policy.

The Health, Safety and Environment programs include the monitoring of indicators in all works, industrial units, or services. These programs are the basis of management within each unit and follow the international standards OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). The health and safety of Customers and users of services is a priority in the services provided by transportation and sanitation concessionaires that are part of Odebrecht.
